Shipping
Our online shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout using the real-time rates from the United States Postal Service. We do not add any upcharge to the rates provided by the carriers. We ship via USPS Ground Advantage.
We ship within the United States; we do not ship internationally.
After we process your transaction, your order will be shipped within three business days, at which time you will receive tracking information. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
The shipping timeline given under each shipping method at checkout is an estimate provided by the carrier, not a guarantee of delivery date. The carrier-provided shipping timeline begins after we process your order. Please allow for fluctuation in delivery timelines, especially during busy shipping seasons such as November and December. Our standard delivery time is 5-10 business days to arrive after shipment, depending on your location.

Damages
Please notify us of any damages within 3 business days of delivery for exchange or refund.
Missing Packages
Ope! A Stationery Shop does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
